2. We confirm what we can take
We’ll review your list and confirm which cartridges we can buy back, then explain the next steps.
3. Our team inspects the cartridges
When they arrive, we check cartridges are unopened, undamaged, and suitable for resale.
4. Get paid or credited
Approved cartridges are paid in cash or credited to your account – an easy way to recover value from surplus stock.
Warranty Certificate
All remanufactured and compatible cartridges are covered by a two-year warranty. If a cartridge is defective, we’ll replace it or provide a credit or refund.
Our cartridges perform as well as or better than OEM, won’t damage your equipment, and won’t affect your printer warranty. In the rare event of an issue, we’ll cover reasonable repair costs, subject to inspection.

What is the difference between toner and ink?
Ink is a liquid used in inkjet printers, whereas toner is a fine powder used in laser printers. Ink is typically better for detailed colour prints, while toner is more cost-effective for high-volume printing.
How do I find the right cartridge for my printer?
You can check your printer’s manual, look at the existing cartridge for a model number, or use an online cartridge finder by entering your printer’s make and model.
How long does toner/ink last?
This depends on usage, but toner cartridges generally last longer than ink cartridges. Ink can dry out if not used regularly, whereas toner has a longer shelf life.
Why is my printer not recognising the new cartridge?
Ensure the cartridge is correctly installed, remove any protective seals, and try restarting the printer. If the issue persists, check if your printer needs a firmware update.
Can I use compatible or remanufactured cartridges instead of originals?
Yes, but ensure they are from a reputable supplier to maintain print quality and avoid potential damage to your printer.
What is a drum unit, and how is it different from toner?
The drum unit transfers the toner powder onto the paper to create an image. Some printers have separate toner and drum units, while others combine them.
How do I store unused ink or toner to extend its lifespan?
Keep them in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and store ink cartridges in an upright position to prevent leaks.
How do I know when to replace the drum unit?
Signs include faded prints, streaks, or an alert message from your printer.
Why is my print quality poor even after replacing the toner or ink?
Try cleaning the printhead (for inkjet printers) or the drum unit (for laser printers). Also, check for firmware updates.
Can I recycle used cartridges?
Yes, many manufacturers and retailers offer recycling schemes. Some even provide free postage for returning used cartridges.
