When I joined our trust as ICT Manager, we were constantly dealing with failing HP printers, toner leaks, belt issues, and high running costs, even with genuine toner. It was draining budgets and causing unnecessary downtime in high-usage areas.

Saving Money
When Rory first advised me about the re-manufactured toners, I was very sceptical and hesitant as we only had our Xerox Versalink C7100 printer 12 months and was concerned it could damage the printer, if not straight away in the long term. After some consideration and reading the warranty certificate from Smiths Business Supplies, we went for it as we had nothing to lose. We are so glad we did as from a cost perspective, we are saving money, and the quality of prints are just as they were when we used the genuine Xerox cartridges. No difference whatsoever. There have been no issues with our printer, and it has now been 18 months. We will continue to use the re-manufactured toners supplied from Smiths Business Supplies.

Competitive Pricing
I have been a client of Smiths Business Supplies for the last 4 years and would have no hesitation to recommend them.

Will Use Again!
As a rule, we don’t use remanufactured toner cartridges as we have had colour accuracy issues with them in the past, however Rory persuaded me to give these a try. I reluctantly agreed and was very impressed with the result, these toners are great! We print a lot of artworks which means the colours must be as accurate on paper as they are on a screen. This also gives us a huge cost saving compared to the original toner cartridges that we have been using. We will definitely be using these toners going forward… Thank you!

No issues at all
Having switched supplier to Smiths Business Supplies for our toners and drums etc for all of the printers in the office, we were sceptical about using remanufactured products due to only ever ordering genuine products. I can honestly say having switched from the genuine toner and drums to using the TN3480/DR3400 remanufactured ones we have had no issues at all. These are a lot cheaper too than the genuine ones so saves the company money too.
